Half time blog
Holy fucknuts. This is like watching the first 20 minutes of "Saving Private Ryan". We've lost 3 starters, and poor Terrance Murphy may be dead. I feel like I'm writing the report from the apocalypse. The Packers can't get a break, but truth be told you have to make your own breaks. Folks, this is a bad team. The defense consistantly shoots itself in the foot. Whether it's the occasional horriffic play or the dagger like penalties, the defense does enough to lose. The offense has nothing. Green is trying his hardest, but he has no one to block. Davenport can run over one guy but he can't run over six. Favre has no one to throw to. Walker's out, Franks is out, Driver is getting double teamed and Ferguson is absolutelty gutless. Penalties are killing us. And here is the rest of it.

Well, I didn't watch the 2nd half, but seems Favre made it interesting at least (and pulled Green Bay close enough to cover).
ReplyDeleteHere's an interesting thought though.. Instead of taking Leinart with the first pick, how about Reggie Bush, and give Favre his final year or two with a ridiculous offensive weapon like that?
